What is collected

The photographs you upload. Your email address, so your finished pack can be sent to you. Your payment is processed by a payment gateway — Matchframe never receives or stores your card details.

A small number of anonymous events (for example, that a pack was ordered) are recorded to understand where customers stop. These carry no photograph, no email address and no identifier that points back to you.

Who can see your photographs

Your photographs are reviewed by the Matchframe team as part of building your set. Automated checks confirm each delivered file is complete and readable; they do not judge the picture. They are seen by nobody outside that team.

Your photographs are stored privately and are not readable from any public address. They are sent to the image provider that generates your pack, and to nobody else.

How long it is kept

Your uploaded photographs have a published 30-day deletion window after your order completes. Provider-side deletion of the identity trained from them is still being operationally verified, so the 30-day window must not be treated as proof of that separate deletion.

You may ask for earlier deletion through the Contact page. Matchframe will delete the uploaded photographs it controls and submit any available provider-side identity deletion request; confirmation of provider-side completion is supplied only when it can be verified.

What is never done with your photographs

Your photographs are not sold. They are not used to advertise Matchframe. They are not used to train a general model for anyone else's benefit.

Partner waitlist applications

If you join the partner waitlist, Matchframe collects the name, email address, public channel URL, audience information and introduction you submit. These details are used only to review and operate the partner program; they are not added to a customer marketing list.

The identifying parts of a partner application are encrypted. Waitlist applications are automatically deleted after 180 days unless a separate approved-partner relationship is created with you.
