Refunds and Cancellations
When you get your money back, and how long it takes.
The refund rule
If you do not download your pack, you are refunded. That is the whole test — you are not asked to justify it.
A refund can be requested within 2 days of your pack being delivered.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel any time before your pack is generated, and you are refunded in full.
Once generation has started the provider cost is already spent, so a cancellation at that point is handled under the refund rule above rather than as a full cancellation.
How a refund is paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Banks typically take 5 to 7 working days to show the credit.
To request one, email support@matchframe.me with your order reference. Your refund is initiated within 2 days of your email.
Matchframe delivers your photo pack. It does not guarantee matches, likes, replies, or dates.
