Nothing is shipped

Matchframe is a digital product. There is no physical item, nothing is posted or couriered, and no shipping or handling charge is ever added to your order.

Your photographs are delivered to your order page on this website, where you download them yourself.

When your photos arrive

Your pack is ready within 24 hours of payment. Most orders are finished far sooner — the order page shows your own estimated time before you pay, and updates while the work runs.

You do not need to keep the page open. Your order continues whether the browser is closed or not, and you can return to it on the same device at any time.

Where it is delivered

Delivery is to your Matchframe order page, reachable from this site. Nothing is sent to a postal address, so no delivery address is collected. The only address Matchframe holds is the email you verify at checkout, which is used for order updates and nothing else.

If your pack has not appeared within 24 hours, email support@matchframe.me with your order reference and it will be looked at the same day.

Delivery outside India

The product is identical wherever you are. Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no customs charges, import duties, or delivery delays of any kind.
